Dixon is a lightweight and agile swimming popper with a foam-covered minnow-like action that has properties somewhere between a popper and a diving pencil. It has a small-diameter cup that matches the stealth effect of the foam and the action of the popping bait, and a delta form that develops a minnow-like wobbling motion. The cup also acts as a lip, allowing for excellent swimming start and action at ultra-low speeds, and when simply reeled in, it can be used like a minnow to lure.
